تکنیک های تند خوانی چیست؟

تند خوانی یکی از مهارت های مطالعه موثر و باکیفیت برای شما کنکوری هاست.
به کارگیری این مهارت این امکان را به شما می دهد که مطالعه مفیدتر با کیفیت بالاتر در زمان کوتاه تر داشته باشید.

تند خوانی چیست؟

تند خوانی مجموعه های از راهکار های ذهنی، عملی و آگاهانه است که سسرعت مطالعه را افزایش می دهد.

این راهکار ها اکتسابی است و هر شخصی با فراگیری اصول و قواعد آن می تواند در آن مهارت لازم را به دست آورد.

بلند خوانی نکنیدبلند خوانی یکی از آفت های مطالعه در بسیاری از شما کنکوری هاست.
بلند خوانی مسیر پردازش اطلاعات را طولانی تر می کند و نهایتا ذهن شما بسیار زودتر از زمان معمول خسته می شود و انرژی خود را برای ادامه مسیر مطالعه از دست می دهید.
عدم بازگشت به عقباین فرآیند بیشتر در دانش آموزانی که دچار وسواس در مطالعه هستند اتفاق می افتد.
این دسته از دانش آموزان در یادگیری خود تردید دارند و برای یادگیری مجدد دوباره به عقب برگشته و متن قبلی را مطالعه می کنند که همین امر سبب عدم تمرکز و کاهش چشمگیر سرعت در مطالعه شما می شود.
این دسته از دانش آموزان به توانایی های خود رد یادگیری مباحث درسی باور ندارند و دائم دچار تردید هستند.
مطالعه هدفمندپیش از شروع مطالعه مباحثی که قرار است مطالعه کنید را مشخص کنید تا بدون پرداختن به حاشیه متن اصلی و مورد نظر خود را مطالعه کنید.

در کلی خوانی تیترهای اصلی و پاراگراف های اول و آخر را مطالعه کنید.
خط بردندر زمان مطالعه از یک خط بر استفاده کنید تا خط مورد نظر را که در حال مطالعه آن هستید گم نکنید.
گم کردن خط مطالعه علاوه بر تاثیر نفی بر تمرکز سرعت مطالعه شما را نیز کاهش می دهد.
عبارت خوانیکلمه خوانی نکنید. مطالعه کلمه به کلمه مبحث مورد مطالعه انرژی شما را تا حد زیادی کاهش می دهد.
عبارت خوانی کنید تا مفاهیم نیز بهتر و جامع تر در ذهن شما قرار گیرند.
مکث نکنیددر زمان مطالعه به صورت لحظه ای مکث نکنید. این کار سرعت مطالعه شما را کاهش می دهد. هم چنین مکث های بی مورد و لحظه ای روی کلمات سبب می شود تا رشته افکار شما از درس منحرف شود در واقع به ذهن خود اجازه می دهید تا از ظرفیت خود برای پردازش به مسائل غیر درسی استفاده کند.
دید زنیدیدزنی در واقع نوعی کلی خوانی است و یکی از مهم ترین تکنیک های تند خوانی محسوب می شود.
برای این کار از تورق سریع استفاده کنید و در این زمان به بهترین شکل می توانید نکات را مرور کنید.

نکاتی که هنگام تند خوانی باید به آن ها توجه کرد

  1. وسواس نداشته باشید و برای مرور مطالب قبلی به عقب برنگردید.
  2. اجازه ندهید هنگام مطالعه دیدتان دچار سرگردانی شود.
  3. از راهکار های افزایش تمرکز استفاده کنید تا بالاترین میزان تمرکز را در هنگام تند خوانی داشته باشید.
  4. در محیطی که مطالعه می کنید، عواملی که موجب حواس پرتی تان می شود را حذف کنید.
  5. برای کاهش مکث‌ها و توقف‌ها باید زاویه دید خود را افزایش دهید. برای این منظور باید سعی کنید تصاویری را که گوشه چشمانتان است بدون این‌که به‌طور مستقیم به آن‌ها نگاه کنید، ببینید
  6. مطالب کم اهمیت را چندین بار مطالعه نکنید.
  7. هنگام مطالعه به جای حرکت دادن سر، چشمان خود را حرکت دهید.
